Home Access Scheme

HOME ACCESS supports low-income family with affordable home internet connectivity.

Eligible Singaporean families can enjoy 2 years of subsidised fibre broadband connectivity, with an option to bundle with a tablet or smartphone.

Eligibility Criteria

Stays in HDB flat

Has a monthly Gross Household Income (GHI)1 ≤ $1,900 OR Per Capita Income (PCI)2 ≤ $650

With at least one family member staying at the same residential address who is a Singapore citizen.

Neither an existing Home Access beneficiary NOR an existing NEU PC Plus beneficiary with broadband connectivity

1 Your monthly household income refers to the total monthly income of all family members staying at the same residential address, and this includes basic employment income, self-employed, overtime pay, allowances, cash awards, commissions and bonuses.
2 Per Capita Income is total monthly gross household income divided by the total number of family members residing in the same residential address.

3 Families with at least 1 family member who is an existing beneficiary of selected government assistance scheme.
-   HDB Public Rental Scheme (PRS);
-   MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS);
-   MOE Special Education Financial Assistance Scheme (SPED FAS);
-   MSF ComCare Long Term Assistance (LTA); OR
-   MSF ComCare Short-to-Medium Term Assistance (SMTA).

4 Refers to students studying in Government or Government-Aided School, Junior College, Centralised Institute, Independent School, Specialised Independent School, Specialised School, Institute of Technical Education, Polytechnic or MOE-funded Special Education School.

How to apply?

You can submit your application through one of the channels:

To apply via online application form, you would need:

1. Login using your Singpass.
2. Names (as per their NRIC), NRIC / birth certificate / FIN numbers, and contact numbers of all family member staying at same address.

Hardcopy submission (by mail)

Transfer of Ownership

A transfer of ownership can be arranged in the event of death of an approved applicant. The transferee must be one of the family members listed in the originally approved application.
