6.2. Update Client Info (with previous submitted application)
If the Client had a previously submitted application, he is considered
as a permanent client and he is provided with a permanent Client
In order for him to update the Client Information, he has to go
to the 'Update Contact Details' page.
To display the following Update Contact Details page, mouse over
'eServices' at the top menu and click 'Update Contact Details'.
- Click on the hyperlink 'GENERAL INFORMATION - CLIENT DETAILS'
and the Update Client Information page will be displayed.
Update the required Client Information details
and click the 'Save' button to update the Client Information.
Alternatively, you can choose to :-
- Click 'Back' button to go to the TLS Home page
- Click 'Clear' button to clear the entered values
NOTE : The changes you made for the client billing
or correspondence address here, will not be reflected in the licence
application details. You will need to change each licence application
